I am delighted to join the Potter Financial Partners team as the Operations Director. I have been in Financial Services for 35 years as an adviser and a senior leader at HSBC, running their UK wealth business and as COO for the UK and Europe, before joining St. James’s Place for 7 years during which time I have helped people grow and develop their own financial advice businesses and offer them a wealth of experience.

I am a qualified Executive Coach, a Chartered Manager and a qualified Business Consultant and have helped many businesses to get bigger and to provide a first-class service for their clients. I’d like to help ensure all our clients get the best possible service and are constantly looked after – I am passionate about providing exceptional client service and making sure we help people plan for their future. I’m very proud to have the chance to work with Potter Financial Partners and to help them continue to grow.

Outside of work I am a family man, married with 5 children and love nothing more than spending time with my family, travelling and watching the latest movie.

I love most sports especially football and cricket. I coach and run my local football team in the nearby village of Deddington. I also love music and attending concerts. I am a very keen traveller and enjoy seeing different places in the world.

Paul also provides support to other members of the St. James's Place Partnership.
