We believe our role goes far beyond financial planning. At Potter Financial Partners, we’re passionate about being an active part of our communities and supporting both local and national charities. Here are just some of the causes we’re proud to have supported.December 2025 - DENS
Last year saw an unprecedented demand for the services of DENS – a local charity for people who are facing homelessness, poverty and social exclusion. In December our team was proud to support DENS by collecting food and essential household items for their food bank in Hemel Hempstead. With the festive season approaching, it felt like the right time to help those in our community who may otherwise be going without at Christmas. We were delighted to be able to contribute items that will make a real difference to individuals and families during a particularly challenging time of year.
June 2025 – Cancer Research UK
We were pleased to take part in this year’s Race for Life event in support of Cancer Research UK. 8 members of our team plus some family and friends completed the 5K race together, in the beautiful grounds of Waddesdon Manor, Aylesbury.
For many of us, this cause is deeply personal. Taking part was about more than just the race – it was about standing together, remembering loved ones, and supporting those currently affected by cancer. Thanks to the kindness and generosity of those who supported us, we raised £642 to help fund vital, life-saving research.
