June 2025 – Cancer Research UK
We were pleased to take part in this year’s Race for Life event in support of Cancer Research UK. 8 members of our team plus some family and friends completed the 5K race together, in the beautiful grounds of Waddesdon Manor, Aylesbury.
For many of us, this cause is deeply personal. Taking part was about more than just the race – it was about standing together, remembering loved ones, and supporting those currently affected by cancer. Thanks to the kindness and generosity of those who supported us, we raised £642 to help fund vital, life-saving research.
May 2024 – Cancer Research UK
Members of the Potter Financial Partners team proudly took part in the Race for Life 5k at Waddesdon Manor, coming together to raise funds and awareness for cancer research.
The event was a brilliant opportunity to step away from our desks and support a cause that touches so many families, including those within our community.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed, shared words of encouragement, or cheered us on. Your support helped us make a meaningful difference and we are incredibly proud to have raised £1590.
March 2024 – Easter Egg Appeal
This Easter we were proud to launch our very own Easter Egg Appeal, bringing together our clients, contacts and local community to make a difference.
We invited donations of Easter eggs to support local charities, with a simple promise – for every egg donated, Potter Financial Partners would match it. The response was fantastic!
What made this appeal so special wasn’t just the number of eggs collected, but the spirit behind it. Clients dropped eggs into the office, friends spread the word, and together we created something that will bring smiles to many individuals in our community this Easter.
Thanks to the generosity of our community, we were able to deliver an incredible 202 Easter eggs to the following charities:
- The Children’s Ward, Stoke Mandeville Hospital
- The MacIntyre School and Home
- St Joseph’s Care Home, Tring
- Tring Stepping Stones Preschool
